MRTG showed strange graphics, "stable", green filled rectangle with blue line above it. Fixing the problems, I had examining configurations, logs, crontab, but even this morning the graphics showed nothing, just white sheets. The problems lied on network cards (eth0 and eth1), but what were they, really?

Confusing problems eventually come from very small, unnoticed things.

That's it, after about 2 hours do that-and-this (not really all the time used only for MRTG), it is found in /etc/hosts:

127.0.1.1 gerbang

Corrected to 127.0.0.1 and everything is fine.

It does not mean the connection is stable enough on fixed average, but... something fails with our MRTG. Need to be reconfigured.

Google Calendar is failed, back and forth between redirection on authentication. Seems their login page is trapped inside redirection. Blank page returned.

While I am in doubt choosing between online and offline calendar for my purpose, does this trouble lead me to use Evolution instead?

I have read simple howto for activating and using OpenID for blogspot, but unfortunately still can not used for commenting on my Movable Type blog. I do not have enough time to hack now, but login using OpenID via my Vox account runs well.

Need extra time to make it active? I'll try later.
